This position is primarily responsible for supporting all clinical issues related to treatment plans pertaining to the Clear Aligners Program at Henry Schein Orthodontics. The position is also responsible for communicating with clinicians to discuss treatment outcomes and options, as well as for addressing clinical challenges for new and existing users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review and process clinical tickets with a deep analysis of each case in question.
  • Develop recommendations for better case outcomes and partner with lab technicians to make the necessary changes.
  • Direct clinical support with clinicians who require immediate help for HSO aligner systems.
  • Maintain active communication with the Clinical Director on recurrent challenges reported by clinicians.
  • Assist and develop the high level of clinical support required by our current customers and future Orthodontic professionals.
  • Work with the clinical director to introduce new ideas, motivation, and development of clinical plans, targets, and strategies.
  • Collect weekly reports on clinical issues and complaints to target fast solutions.
  • Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance platform and procedures to create the ultimate customer experience.
  • Maintain excellent communication with our current group of HSO KOL’s to share ideas to continue developing and creating new product options.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Master’s degree in Orthodontics preferred
  • M.D. or D.O. with Board Certifications
  • Superior clinical competence and track record as a practicing medical professional
  • Clinical experience on Dentistry and Orthodontics including 3D imaging, Clinical diagnosis, 3D scanning, software development and clinical practice.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the commercial orthodontic industry including team management, team development, practice management and clinical diagnosis software, poses experience creating and delivering educational programs for Orthodontic professionals and staff members
  • Significant level of clinical knowledge, support and experience in case management using software technology such as 3D scanning and 3D diagnosis.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $83,520.00 - $146,160.00 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
