CDL Driver Recruiter Job at Legacy Supply Chain Company
Job Overview
Legacy Supply Chain is adding a Driver Recruiter to our Centralized Recruiting Team. As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process of Class A and Class C CDL Drivers throughout the Legacy network - including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of qualified drivers. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.
Schedule and Compensation
- Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Starting salary between $50,000-$60,000 per year
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Initiate driver leads by networking, cold-calling prospects, and building relationships as part of a coordinated recruiting strategy.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers by using different lead generation tools
- Work in collaboration with all departmental executives, directors, managers, and supervisors to meet recruiting and hiring objectives.
- Maintain and review driver recruiting goals to keep current with the needs of our operation.
- Manage ad posting process and tools.
- Must be able to track and report on all activities on a routine basis.
- Perform other duties assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager.
Skills:
- Experience in recruiting commercial truck drivers
- Knowledge of Tenstreet ATS
- Adept at placing ads through Tenstreet and other lead generation portals.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time well
