OTR Refrigerated Driver
IBEX is looking for class A over the road refrigerated drivers to come grow with us.
- Rate paid on all miles.
- Earn $1,300 to $1,850 per week, depending on experience.
- Up to 3,400 mile per week.
- Bonuses available depending on production and availability.
- Per Diem available for drivers.
- Layover (wait time) pay after 2 hours for loading and unloading.

- Steady year around work with flexible home time and great dispatch.
- Newer 2019 - 2021 freightliner Cascadia Trucks with premium interior, cloth and leather seats, advanced safety features, Sirius/XM All Access radio, refrigerator, inverter, TV, microwave, double bunk, optimized idle and more.

- Omnitracs equipped for Hours of Service and navigation to help you stay focused.
- PrePass for weigh station bypass and toll payments.
- 2016 and newer Utility refrigerated trailers with great maintenance to keep you on the road.
- Bi-weekly pay and direct deposit.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 Years Tractor trailer experience.
- Refrigerated Trailer Experience a plus.
- Our main terminal is in Rigby, ID, but you can park your truck/trailer near or at your home depending on the circumstance.
