Bizza is a fast casual high flow pizza restaurant located in the heart of Haight & Ashbury!
We are looking for an experienced cashier that duties include but not limited to:
- DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- ORDER MANAGEMENT WITHOUT MISTAKES THROUGH IN HOUSE GUESTS AND ONLINE ORDERS THROUGH (DOORDASH, UBEREATS etc)
- KEEPING A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED ENVIRONMENT AT ALL TIMES
- HELP KITCHEN STAFF WITH KITCHEN DUTIES THAT ARE NEEDED AT ANY POINT DURING A SHIFT
- At least [X] years of previous customer service experience.1 year
- Familiarity with operating a register, including cash transactions, card payments, and receipts. 1 year
- A positive, friendly attitude, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- The ability to calculate and process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Operate all aspects of the register, including cash and card transactions, scanners, and scales.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for by the end of the shift.
- Answer any customer inquiries, and use your knowledge of store layout and product content to give directions as needed.
- Assist customers with bagging and carrying products as needed.
- Maintain a cleanly work environment, keeping register clear for incoming customers.
