Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in mental health field and 1 year post degree relevant work experience.
Provide case management and assessment in both on site and off site settings; assures coordinated service delivery and successful client linkage with other programs and facilities; related duties as assigned.

Our mental health urgent care will be located at our main agency. The mental health urgent care will be open 7 days a week.
