Amber Court of Westbury is seeking a Case Manager.
This is a dynamic position for a Case Manager interested in growth!
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Case Management, Social Work or the equivalent
- Case Management experience preferred
- Experience working with the adult or geriatric population
- Good communication, computer and people skills
