Case Management Supervisor Job at Aurora Charter Oak Behavioral Health Care
The Case Management Supervisor provide supervision to Case Managers. Day to-day responsibilities may include hiring, training and oversees quality and timeliness of case management documentation.
Education, License & Experience
· Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in an inpatient behavioral health care setting preferred
· Skills in case management and inpatient discharge planning and placement
· Strong supervision skills along with determination and follow-through
· Current CPR
· MAB to be obtained w/in 60 days of hire
