Job Summary: We’re looking for a Carpenter's helper with experience in assisting with rough carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, painting and framing, that will help in the repair/remodel of residential and commercial projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Restoration of damaged commercial and residential properties

· Remodel of commercial and residential properties

· Follow instructions from Project Manager and/or Carpenter in completing assigned tasks

• Perform construction and carpentry work per work order and per the project manager’s directions
• Ensure clear two-way communication with Project Manager on all assigned tasks
• Leave jobsite with clean and orderly appearance
• Responsible for loading the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown

· Other duties as assigned

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Carpentry: 1 years
• Drywall: 1 years
• Painting: 1 years

· Finish Carpentry: 1 year

· Effective oral communication

• Detail oriented with attention to customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills
• Maintain orderly appearance while at work

· High school diploma/GED

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, able to withstand seasonal heat related working conditions

· Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

· Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

· Ability to be part of our on-call rotation (5PM-8AM) for emergency jobs

Salary: Depends on Experience (Hourly Pay)
