Carpenter (FT) Job at Condustrial
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Handyman for full time work with a family-owned home restoration company located in Greer, SC. This company specializes in custom home remodeling, as well as repairing homes from fire, water, smoke, storm damage and more in the Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg and surrounding Upstate areas.

Job Requirements:
- Strong multi-skilled Handyman background desired.
- Strong carpentry background (4+ years of experience preferred).
- Must have/own day-to-day tools of the trade.
- Ability to accurately determine time needed on various tasks.
- Strong ability to prioritize and time manage projects.
- Team player who can work independently.
- Communicate well with customers.
- Projects a professional appearance.
- Must have own tools.
Standard working hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm.
This job may involve some varied hours (not often) and some weekend work.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greer, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Carpentry: 4 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Must be located or in the process of moving to the Greenville, SC area
- Must provide authorization to work in the United States
- Must be 18+
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon office visit
- Willing to submit to random drug testing.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow safety guidelines.
