Troy Rampe Construction has 60+ yrs. experience in residential construction in and around Kalida, Ohio. We are seeking a full time experienced residential carpenter with at least 5 years of experience. Hours are M-F 7-4. We offer a competitive wage, 401K with employer contribution and paid vacation and holidays. $1000 SIGNING BONUS - $500 at signing and $500 after 6 months. Must work well with others and possess experience in any of the following trades - carpentry, electrical, plumbing, siding, flooring and finish carpentry. Experience running a construction crew is desired but not necessary. Lifting, working at elevated heights and the ability to work in all weather conditions are required. You must be self-motivated, able to follow instructions and assist in all trades. Team work, motivation and great communication skills are required. Must have a valid driver’s license.   • Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
