About JBJ Construction –
JBJ is a medium sized construction company located in Southborough, MA. We specialize in retail, commercial, tenant fit up, warehouse, and residential construction. Our company consists of a team of 10 people who all play important roles in getting jobs completed from beginning to end.
Current Projects –
· Maynard Crossing – mixed use site consisting of +300,000sf of retail, grocery, apartments, and assisted living
· Salisbury Hill – new construction and site work for 117 condos, consisting of single and duplex units
· Marlborough Industrial – new site work of existing airport to be converted to 20 industrial pad sites
· Single Family Houses – tear down, site work, and new construction of houses in Southborough, Natick, Framingham, Wellesley, and Shrewsbury
· Tenant Fit Ups – new construction and remodel for both office and retail tenant spaces
Carpenter / Laborer Responsibility -
· Layout
· Framing – metal and wood
· PVC trim and cement siding
· Forming, pouring, and finishing sidewalks / pads
· Install doors and hardware – metal and wood
· Break metal
· Painting
· Caulking
· Demolition
· Cleaning up after work
· Weekends and extra hours every now and then
Skills Needed -
· Follow instructions
· Communication
· Carpentry experience
· Quality work
· Hand tools
· Has own tools
· Able to work neat and clean up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
