As a Caregiver, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. Daily you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

What we are looking for in a Caregiver:

  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Reliable transportation and dependable
  • Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
  • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver for Alpine Way:

  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
  • Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
  • Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
  • Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

Salary Information:

  • $20.00 - $21.81
    Depending on Experience

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • $500 at 90 days of employment
  • $500 at 180 days of employment
