Caregiver, Senior Helpers, West Houston Job at Home Care for the 21st Century West Houston
***Hiring Sign-On Bonus $400*** Dependable & compassionate Caregiver needed for full time and part time (day & night) assignments in West Houston and Sugar Land areas. We have openings for compassionate caregivers to work with seniors in their homes. Home Care for the 21st Century is a national franchise and rapidly growing.
You will be responsible for providing one-on-one personal care and assisting client with activities of daily living. Our Caregivers typically work daily, or weekly hours based on the needs of the client. Must be willing to travel within the West Houston area as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and etc.)
- Assistance with toileting
Qualifications
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Must have current TB Test
- 1 year caregiving experience, but we will train the right caregivers with less experience.
Benefits
- Salary range $10.00 to $14.00 per hour.
- Shorter shifts pay is more $15 to $16 per hour.
