Uchange Home Care Services is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Caregiver to join our team! We are a high-quality home care services provider that assists elderly and disabled individuals with their everyday activities.

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes. In this role, you will be expected to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients by providing them with companionship, assistance with daily activities, and helping them to live as independently as possible. You will also be responsible for providing medication reminders, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate compassion, patience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required. Previous experience in a home health care setting and/or certification in Home Health Care Aide is preferred.
