Caregiver Job at Century Ridge of Chilton
Century Ridge is seeking awesome caregivers to join our team. As a community of caregivers, we are here to engage and enrich the health and spirit of our residents. While prior experience and certifications are a plus, we are always willing to train the right person who has a passion for working with seniors!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide for the daily physical care of residents. Assist residents in showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene and assistance needs
- Create an environment that enhances the well-being of residents
- Facilitate and encourage participation in life enrichment programs
- Administer medications to residents
- Monitor residents for change in condition
- Light housekeeping duties
- Assisting resident during meal times
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Experience working with persons with dementia preferred
- CBRF certificates are a plus
