Car Wash Supervisor

Are you the next car wash supervisor to join the Hoffman management team? We are now accepting applications at our Fairview Avenue Hudson Car Wash location!

A supervisor at one of our exterior car wash locations will be responsible for:

• Opening and closing the store when other members of management are not present
• Directing cars through the tunnel and ensuring a consistent car wash quality
• Assisting the management team in delegating tasks and resolving conflicts in a professional manner
• Conducting training and providing constructive feedback to team members

We are looking for motivated individuals with previous managerial experience OR demonstration of consistent work ethic. You should be dependable, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to remain active in a fast-paced environment. Prior work in the retail/food industry can be useful as well.

The schedule would require one-weekend shift per week.
