Suds Deluxe is an exterior tunnel car wash looking to add an experienced, friendly, and customer-oriented General Manager to lead our car wash in Georgetown!

As the General Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that we consistently delight our customers and create a fun and professional workplace for our employees.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $19 to $25/hr plus profit sharing bonus (after 90 days of good performance). Up to $75,000/yr
- PTO: 6 days per year (earned at 1 day every 2 months)

Overview of Responsibilities
The General Manager role is the most critical position at the car wash. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects relating to:
- Sales
- Customer experience
- Personnel management
- Training
- Equipment maintenance and repair
- Inventory management
- Marketing
- Administrative
- Property and safety management
