PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Manager to support our Huntsville, AL location.
Employee’s description of responsibilities:
- Support Group B Vice President (VP) with management activities across all programs
- Monitor and advise on cost and performance metrics for active contracts
- Represent Group B and PeopleTec in external meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Represent Group B at internal meetings to include IBDT and Business Development meetings
- Identify possible contract solutions within the market for current and future tasks
- Business development and capture management lead for Group B
- Develop group business development strategy & capture objectives
- Coordinate Group B’s business pipeline data by reviewing & updating entries in RUBIX BD
- Lead proposal development and review process of selected growth opportunities
- Identify and vet potential industry teammates
- Coordinate and collaborate with external teammates for teaming opportunities
- Facilitate and lead data call responses for Group B
- Manage selected personnel and write performance reviews for assigned personnel
- Author or facilitate the creation of new position job descriptions and job requisitions
- Interview prospective candidates for open positions within Group B and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with corporate business development POCs to identify, create, and capture areas of opportunities
- Lead and support corporate initiatives to grow the PeopleTec culture and workforce
- Education requirement: BS in Business Management; or BS in STEM Degree or Finance
- Clearance Requirement: SECRET
- Capture lead or assistant; proposal writing, proposal reviewer.
- Excellent writer and verbal skillset.
