Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an Esports Academy and/or Live Streaming/Content Creation and/or Build-a-PC Instructor at our summer camp. As an instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and engage campers in the world of esports, live streaming, and building PCs. You will be responsible for working within the parameters of the program schedule and curriculum, and will be scheduled on a per-week basis with the total number of instructors predetermined weeks before based on camp sign-ups.

Responsibilities:

Develop and teach curriculum for the esports academy, including strategy, mechanics, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Instruct campers on the basics of live streaming and content creation, including equipment setup, camera angles, and editing.

Teach campers how to build their own PCs, including selecting components, assembling the computer, and troubleshooting.

Engage campers on an individual and group level to ensure program enjoyment and understanding.

Track competitive scoring and provide constructive feedback to campers to improve their skills.

Help develop curriculum, activities, and mini-events for campers.

Participate in discussions around camp operations, planning, partners, and logistics.

Maintain venue cleanliness and ensure equipment is stored properly.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience teaching esports, live streaming, or content creation, and building PCs to children or young adults.

Knowledge and passion for the esports industry, live streaming, and PC building.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Must be available to work one or more weeks.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Schedule:

Camps run from 1pm-4pm M-F. Instructors earn weekly pay at a flat rate.
