Faith Community Church is looking for the energetic teachers for our school age summer program. Our summer camp is open from 6am - 6pm Monday - Friday. We are looking to hire and train ASAP, summer camp goes through August.
Qualifications:
- A passion for providing a fun and meaningful summer camp experience for children.
- Experience leading a group of children and planning for individual differences.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead support staff.
- The ability to remain flexible and positive through difficult situations.
- Maintain organization and proper head counts on field trips
Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Teachers will plan and prepare the daily camp activities for their group of campers.
- They will be responsible for time management and moving campers through the activities at their designated stations throughout the day.
- Teachers will also be responsible for communicating efficiently with their Assistant Teacher and Support Staff, as well as the parents or legal guardians of campers.
- Safety is our number one priority so Teachers will ensure that all campers and staff members are safe at all times and will communicate any concerns with the director promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.20 - $17.10 per hour

Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
