This full-time position is based in our Mattoon, IL office. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers!

Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy a progressive, people-centric environment.

Responsibilities:

• Phone screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.
• Process backgrounds checks.
• Document valid information when conducting reference verifications.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work as a team to accomplish daily tasks.
• Able to multi-task and keep a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
• High energy with the ability to sit at a computer and make continuous phone calls.
• Professional phone etiquette
• Highly dependable and able to work Monday through Friday with flexibility to work during the hours of 7am – 6pm with overtime as needed.
