First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking Service Consultants as our Call Center is growing! We are hiring full-time team members to join our Call Center which is conveniently located at our Kamehameha Industrial Center in the Kalihi-Dillingham area. If you have the passion and problem-solving skills to help our customers with their financial needs, are technically savvy to learn and use new computer systems to support our customer needs, and share our core values of Collaboration, Character, & Caring, then we want to talk to you!

  • Pay starts at $20.00 an hour; depending on experience, plus $1500 Sign-On Bonus
  • Only daytime work hours for a better work life balance, with hours of Operation 7 am - 7 pm, 7 days a week.
  • Must be open to starting by June 5, 2023.
  • Must be open to training Monday-Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm for the first 3 months of employment. Shift will be 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training.
