Job description:

  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Contact Centre/Voice Operations handling customers
  • Effective Probing and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask
  • Customer service experience desirable

  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Ability to work independently and seek additional opportunities when able.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
