Encore Global Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Customer Service Representative, for various shift hours, to provide excellent customer service via three communication channels, calls, chats, and emails. Respond to general customer billing inquiries. Projects a professional company image throughout all interactions.
Reports to: Call Center Assistant Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Receive inbound calls, chats, and emails from our client base
· Answer inquires related our product details and account issues.
· Perform basic account maintenance activities.
· Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications
· Strong work ethic and self-starter
· Ability to type 30wpm+
· Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software
· 6 months of call center experience, highly desired but not required
· Associate Degree preferred, but not required
· Availability to take the training in the San Juan office
- Training begins Monday, March 13, 2023
· Availability for tele remote work
- Reliable internet connection minimum 5MBPS upload and 25 Mbps download (Data capped connection or hotspots not accepted)
- Equipment minimum requirements: Windows 10, Intel Core i5, 8GB
