Your Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Schedule appointments and meet daily quotas
• Expand your product knowledge to answer simple questions and offer guidance confidently to prospects
• Document information and contacts in CRM

Your Skills

• B2C SALES EXPERIENCE
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience
• Experience working with a CRM, Microsoft, etc. (Nice to Have)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to control a conversation with a smile
• Must be resilient
• Ability to get your desired result
• Home remodeling experience is a plus but not required
