We operate a multi-specialty medical clinic with two locations here in Knoxville, TN, offering a wide array of services, including chiropractic, physical therapy, podiatry and functional and regenerative medicine.

We're looking to add another call center agent to help us exceed our patient's expectations as we continue to grow.

In this role, you would work closely with other call center agents, and coordinate with front desk personnel, billing representatives and medical providers.

The Job

• Answering inbound calls
• Answering inbound texts
• Setting up new patients in the system
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Answering caller questions
• Coordination between other call center agents, front desk, billing, providers and management as needed to take care of patient needs

Minimum Requirements

• Great interpersonal skills with positive tone and welcoming language
• High school diploma or GED
• Multi-line phone system proficient
• Computer proficient
• Fast and accurate typing

Preferred Requirements

• 1+ years of call center experience
• Familiarity with medical scheduling is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
