NATIONAL ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS is an award winning Debt Collection Agency in SOLON OH. We are looking for qualified collection agents and/or call center customer service representatives that enjoy talking to customers and have strong negotiation skills! Looking for people with positive attitudes and willing to learn!
Day time shifts!
3 days 8-4:30
2 Days 10:30-7
Roles are eligible for commission and exciting other incentives!
Typical workday:
- ON SITE at our Solon OH office location.
- Contact consumers by phone to discuss payment options.
- Find creative solutions to secure payment.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the computer.
- Apply techniques offered in training and coaching for continuous improvement towards performance goals.
