CAD Support Technician I Job at Audubon Companies
Audubon is currently seeking a CAD Support Technician I to join our team of talented professionals in our Houston, TX office. Depending on their level of experience, a successful applicant will be able to efficiently and effectively utilize their support knowledge to resolve CAD/ENG specific issues within multiple offices. A successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and will thrive in a team-focused approach.
2 year college degree (Experience based knowledge, skills, and abilities may qualify)
2+ years' experience as either an IT and/or CAD Support Technician
- CAD/ENG software (Installation/Troubleshooting)
- AutoCAD/CADworx experience a plus
- Customer Service (Internal employee and Vendor contacts)
- Technical documentation (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Service Desk Plus ticket system (or equivalent)
