Buyer / Purchasing Analyst directly supports Commercial buyers and Project Managers on procurement activities, issue purchase orders, generate supplier and category metric reporting, contact suppliers directly in some instances for adherence to purchase order requirements and timelines, solicit bid proposal and quotes, Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes, Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods, review requisitions for goods and services
