We are looking for someone passionate about the culinary arts with great butcher skills to join our culinary team. If you are creative, motivated, and passionate about cooking, coming in # 3 of best places to work in NJ we are a great choice for your next work family! What you will do

• Prepare all butchering fish, poultry, beef, pork etc.orders in a fast, efficient, and consistent manner
• Proper handling and temperature control of all foods per sanitation guidelines
• Check all banquet event order (B.E.O.) for functions
• Line preparation break down and cleanup (including equipment and floor).
