Bussers/Barbacks

Are you looking for a part-time job with full-time fun? Come join the staff at the soon-to-open new restaurant in Orrville – Junipers. Located at The Pines Golf Course, the restaurant is scheduled to open in early Spring and we continue to build our new staff for this amazing restaurant.

The Bussers/Barbacks are an integral part of our service staff, providing support to the wait staff and bartenders. Bussers quickly and efficiently clear tables of dining ware, clean tabletops, chairs and flooring around the serviced table once the guests depart. Barbacks provide needed supplies and products for bartenders, including ice, bottles of liquor and other alcoholic beverages while ensuring trashcans in the bar area are monitored and bags removed/replaced when needed.

Bussers/Barbacks responsibilities include the following:

• Clearing tables of all dining ware
• Cleaning tables, chairs, and flooring after use
• Delivering all used dining ware to the kitchen for washing and restocking
• Ensuring all tables are ready for seating the next guests
• Responding to bartender’s request for additional products
• Retrieving products from appropriate area of restaurant and delivering items to the bartender (ice, cans/bottles of alcoholic beverages, other drink supplies, glassware, etc.)
• Monitoring the level of bar trash receptacles; changing bags when needed and disposing of filled bags appropriately

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
