There are many restaurants with similar menus in the area, but people choose Hellas because of the amazing staff that we have! We are wanting to add some bussers to our amazing FOH Team! Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals. Summary: Work as a Team with the Hosts, Bartenders and Servers to ensure that guests are happy.
This would include the following:

- Greet guests with a smile
- Communicate with Host/Hostess and waitstaff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house including all tables, chairs, floors, windows and restrooms
- Assist Servers by providing refills or carrying food trays as needed
- Maintain adequate supplies in the work stations when dining room is opened
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and clears tables after guests leave and take them to the dish area
