In this role, you will provide system support activities for the set-up and implementation of new or existing applications used by Fund Treasury Operations to achieve business outcomes.

As a member of the Fund Treasury Strategic Enablement Team, you will be part of a team delivering technical expertise and strategic consultation to modernize technology and implement solutions that allow our partners to leverage robust, modern applications to deliver value, improve productivity, and reduce risks. The Strategic Enablement team is responsible for system configuration, testing, analyzing procedures and workflows, and recommending improvements to support the advancement of Fund Treasury’s strategic priorities and the achievement of business outcomes.

The Business Technology Analyst:

  • Analyzes business and user needs and documents requirements. Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives. Advises on business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
  • Translates clients’ requirements to functional documentation and participates in technical designs and test planning.
  • Performs customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications. Supports the collection, documentation, and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.
  • Designs, prototypes, codes, and tests new or enhanced applications. Analyzes current procedures and workflows and develops recommendations for improvements, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
  • Assists in the implementation of systems and software. Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots problems, as necessary.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

  • Three years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
