We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Austin!

Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting applications in multiple facilities. The position will support and maintain all operational applications with a focus on finance and ecommerce applications. Since this position is heavily involved with SAP, experience and familiarity with the SAP Finance Module is required. He/she also plays an important role in maintaining current systems and participating in implementation of new application projects.

Purpose:

The position is to provide additional Level 1 application support for the various applications being used at Ottobock. This position will provide direct line support for the current applications supporting finance, HR and Legal: SAP ECC, SAP Success Factors, and other business-related software applications and business processes.

Essential Duties:

Technical | Performance Skills:

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with the SAP Finance Module is required for this position
• 3+ years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst role with an emphasis on Finance
• 2+ years’ experience with project management, governance and budgeting
• Experience with SAP Success Factors a bonus
• PMBOK Project Management and AGILE Project Management tools and methodologies experience
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications quickly
• Ability to guide users on how to use systems to best meet their business process needs
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Ability to provide technical training to end users
• Strong business process knowledge
• ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred
• Proven facilitation skills across multiple business disciplines, organization levels and geographies

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds at times
