Business Services Associate – (#32118)

As our business services associate, you will help our business members open new accounts, and educating them on business products and services so they can reach their goals no matter how big or small. Every day, you will assist our business team in the preparation of loan origination documents, maintaining the business lending portfolio, administering the tickler system, and more. You’ll be our link to our business membership; you’ll care for them and build their knowledge about their accounts, the credit union, and what we can offer to make them successful!

Here's what you can expect:

• Communicating with members regarding transactions relating to their accounts
• Assisting business lenders in the credit, underwriting, origination and closing process
• Ensuring accuracy of loan documents, funding, completion of checklists, and accurate file organization
• Effectively communicating with coworkers and members
• Supportive, positive environment

Here’s what we expect:

• 40 hours a week, typically 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
• Education equivalent to a two-year degree preferred
• Minimum one year experience in related field required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union

Preferred Experience:

• One year related financial experience

Job Qualifications:

• Must have education equivalent to a two-year degree or minimum of one year related experience
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week within the hours of the position
