The Operating Effectiveness Advisor is a key member of the PBM Operations BPO Organization that leverages technical aptitude to represent Regulated Markets and key clients to drive transformation and product development. Primary responsibilities include consulting with Regulated Market Product Owners or Account Management, Technology, and various Operations areas to help define business / client intent, manage the intake of work, transform intakes into IT solutions, support IT project delivery, and ensure that the business / client intent are met and validated.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Enables Regulated Markets and Clients with technical strong communication, consultation, project management, and issue resolution.
Accountable for the business relationship management of assigned counterparts in the Regulated Market division and Account Management and will work closely with those persons to scope and shape IT project intent that advance business value driven strategies.
Help define business / client intent, manage the intake of work, transform intakes into IT solutions, support IT project delivery, and ensure that the business / client intent are met.
Interprets existing procedures to solve problems independently.
Understand key business performance indicators that impact assigned areas, and will understand, manage and monitor IT activities that impact these KPIs.
Document processes and procedures as needed for Regulated Market Product Owners / Account Management.
Conduct data quality assessments and aid in cleanup efforts in project tracking.
Drive conversations with stakeholders and IT teams, partner with the Delivery Manager to define and track key deliverable dates, gather status, and provide updates to leadership.
Communicates project status and escalates issues as needed.
Facilitates issues resolution in collaboration with a Senior Advisor, IT and ESI operational areas.
Represent team in portfolio prioritization discussions for each supported business team.
Learn in depth system, client and operational knowledge to drive satisfaction with ESI systems.
Works on special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Required
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field preferred
4 plus years of experience preferred in pharmacy benefits management industry
Ability to work with high talent teams in local and remote locations.
Business aptitude and able to quickly learn and absorb business context and business processes and translate to IT.
Conceptual knowledge of application development, procedures and practices.
Working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel and Visio).
Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong requirements elicitation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,400 - 147,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
