Who are you?

We are looking for a confident and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality. You will be the first contact for prospects, following up on leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and progressing opportunities to transition to the Director Business Development. Must be self-directed, motivated to work with minimal direction and driven by results and rewards.

What you get to do:

  • Identify new leads through cold calling and emailing into the existing Salesforce Revenue Cloud customer base.
  • Source and qualify quality pipeline to bring forward to the Director Business Development.
  • Strategize and collaborate with Director Business Development and sales leadership.
  • Stay engaged in opportunities that you source to learn about the end-to-end sales process and prepare yourself for field sales.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 1+ years of sales, business development or sales related experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong desire for a career in sales with a tremendous work ethic and desire for success.
  • Desire to learn new things including technology and can translate that into value for prospects.
