PNW Warehousing has an opening for a Business Development Representative in our rapidly growing company! We are looking for a high energy, motivated, goal driven individual to grow our customer base in the field of Warehousing and Supply Chain. This is a fast-paced, exciting position, being right in the middle of the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 3 years' experience working in transportation, freight forwarding and/or warehousing with strong computer and communication skills. This position has the opportunity for unlimited income!

We are looking to increase our client base in the Newest Top of the Line Facility with lots of room to grow. Pay Scale: $55,000-$75,000 + Commission and Bonuses, Potential Earnings $180K+

Work Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday, evening and weekends as needed

Position Summary: Business Development Representative will lead initiatives to generate new prospects and engage with business partners to build new business opportunities for the company in the field of warehousing and supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify partnership opportunities with suppliers, manufacturers and freight forwarders
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain relationship with current clients to generate referrals and expand offerings to them
  • Plan and execute development strategies in logistics
  • Propose and negotiate contracts
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly revenue goals established by leadership team

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B Sales Experience
  • 2+ years Sales Experience in Global and US Logistics Market
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation, freight-forwarding
  • Strong sales and relationship building skills
  • Experience in setting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience in Successful Strategies in Logistics
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
