Responsible for effective business development (prospecting + account management) for services. This role will achieve revenue/profit targets through bootstrap sales prospecting while developing world-class relationships with your accounts through professionalism, integrity, tenacity, and superior communication. Sales Rep’s are assessed on: Results, Activities, and Attitude. Ultimately you’re paid on Results. Results come through persistent Activities with a tenacious Attitude driving both Activities & Results.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Exemplify Core Values: Team, Results, Urgency, Excellence, Integrity
  • Achieve a Book of Business (Revenue) thru remarkable client acquisition & business development skillsYear 1: $1,000,000 Revenue > 15% Gross Margin

Year 2: $2,500,000 Revenue > 20% Gross Margin
Year 3+: $4,000,000 Revenue > 25% Gross Margin

  • Manage your daily Sales Activities (via a Google Sheet)Develop and manage your Target Prospects (by industry)

Document your Prospecting Activities
Create and focus on your Elite 8, your eight largest, high-probability opportunities
Build your Book of Business into the “Won” sheet

  • Develop a meaningful Sales Plan as to how you’ll target the key industries you’re most knowledgeable of with company's outsourced waste partnerships that will be developed through your efforts
  • Maintain technical and professional recycling industry knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in industry networks, and continuous assessment of your client's needs
  • Develop ever-improving relationships with your Accounts
  • Elevate your expertise in the Recycling Industry then share your Thought Leadership with your clients to promote company reputation

Note: Logistics (pickup/delivery coordination), Invoicing/Payment are handled through Customer Service

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 5+ years of Sales/Account Management experience, 3+ years of recycling industry preferred

· Impeccable values: integrity, teamwork, commitment to excellence

· Exemplary negotiation and closing skills

· Detail-oriented with the ability to document daily progress

· Excellent written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
