We are a service-based company that provides peace of mind to the geriatric community through caregiving.

We are currently seeking a Home Care Consultant/ Business Development professional for the Fort Worth, Texas territory!

Ideal Candidate will have healthcare sales experience and reside in Fort Worth!

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Home Care Consultant-Business Development is responsible for building the brand across their Territory. These relationships will lead to referral opportunities within local healthcare systems and community based organizations serving the geriatric community. This is an OUTSIDE sales position establishing relationships with local healthcare community.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Two to four years experience in a marketing position in a healthcare or equivalent organization and demonstrates a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry in their service region.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

· Superior customer service skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, human services, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Establish relationships and marketing opportunities with community groups, healthcare organizations, and industry associations.
  • Conduct and seek out new business by researching to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Increase referral source volume through daily interaction with healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients/accounts
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Reviews and stays abreast of trends in homecare in area market
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients/accounts
  • Performs at least the minimum sales calls per week in addition to other follow up activities.
  • Provides weekly status reports of all site visits, phone contacts and other activities.

Skills

  • Proven working experience in business development, sales or a relevant role
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in a sales position for either a healthcare company or home healthcare agency
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Ability to Coordinate, Communicate and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with office, corporate staff, and community.
  • Must have a positive attitude, a high level of self-motivation and be results driven
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
