We are HIRING at our NEW distribution center in Greencastle PA. This new innovative facility will provide additional distribution capacity for finished goods on the East Coast and help build an innovative supply chain to improve our customer experience.

This position is part of the Global Operations IT team supporting the Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics business functions and related systems. This includes Level 2 support for systems such as Oracle Enterprise 9.2, Manhattan WMOS 2018, QAD Precision v9 and others. In addition to ERPs, WMS and TMS systems, this team is also responsible for Dev Ops for Control Tower, Machine Automation and Robotic Process Automation initiatives. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute in all aspects of the SDLC process, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and/or lead requirements and design
  • Document business requirements and business process flows
  • Lead improvements and small project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget and quality
  • Participate in Practical Process Improvement Kaizen events
  • Partner with system analysts on technical design and coordinate development work with development teams
  • Coordinate changes requiring infrastructure team involvement
  • Configure E1, Precision Trax and WMS systems to meet business requirements
  • Develop SCI (Cognos) reports using SQL and business model
  • Build and implement test scripts, collect defects, verify fixes and report updates
  • Coordinate and perform functional, end-to-end regression, load testing and smoke testing
  • Configuration and support of pack station equipment and RF scanners
  • Document release notes and develop training materials
  • Develop training material and train business users on new system functionality and/or processes
  • Provide floor support to end users during major incidents and during quarter end

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience in IT with end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) related activities and deliverables
  • 2+ years of experience in E1 (JDE) Inventory module, including Inventory Configuration, Pick Pack Ship processes, Purchase Order processes, and Intercompany processes. Requires working knowledge of OMW and specific knowledge of lot management, pick slips, shipment confirmation, and dispatch notes..
  • 2+ years of experience working with Integration technologies and systems, such as XML, web Methods or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM)
  • 1+ years of experience with reporting tools, such as IBM Cognos
  • 1+ years of experience working with and supporting machine automation systems, such conveyors, print and apply applicators, in-line weigh scales, and case sealers
  • Shown organizational skills (especially as they relate to data collection and reporting), a multi-tasking style and project management approach
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, ability to develop and maintain business/technical documentation, and robust interpersonal and analytical skills required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% international and domestic travel, when it is deemed safe to resume
  • Preferred experience
  • Familiarity with HP Quality Center for defect tracking & reporting
  • Familiarity with testing tools – Quick Test Pro (QTP)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise One (E1), TRAX, Manhattan WMOS 2018, DSI dcLink 7.7/MEP 9
  • Familiarity with Barcoding, RF Scanners and/or Conveyor integration and Cognos Reporting Tool
