We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Building and Grounds team on 1st shift. Successful candidates must have extensive experience working with high pressure compressors (i.e. reciprocating booster compressors), be mechanically inclined, and have some experience in pipe fitting, soldering copper pipe. Applicants should have a basic knowledge in most of the following:

• Experienced or knowledgeable in pipefitting, soldering, brazing, welding, electrical (theory/low voltage), plumbing, burners, HVAC, boilers, and carpentry
• Mechanically inclined
• Experienced with air compressors systems
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• A minimum of three years of experience with facility maintenance and safety requirements
• Experience with performing in a Preventative Maintenance Program
• Knowledge of and ability to operate miscellaneous hand tools, power tools, and large equipment such as tractors, snow blower, floor machines, etc.
• Proficient communication skills both written and oral.
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Ability to work on their feet for 8 hours
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS products (Word and Excel) is preferred

Pay Range: $21.22 - $33.85/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour
