Congregational Home is hiring for a full-time Building Maintenance Tech position!

Hours:
8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday. Must be able to work every 4th weekend and be on call for emergencies every 4th week. On-Call hours are compensated.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform building repairs as needed; lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, flooring, painting, furniture
  • Perform fire alarm, generator and other testing as required by code
  • Performs general maintenance duties, prepare apartments and resident rooms for new residents
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner and documents work in the electronic work order system.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment as assigned.
  • Performs minor snow removal and salting along with minor grounds work as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year prior experience in building or apartment maintenance. Prior maintenance experience in long-term care or healthcare facility, preferred but not required.
- Must have valid WI driver’s license- Starting wage commensurate with experience
