Our vertically integrated facility in Somerset, MA houses our cultivation operation, product manufacturing, and recreational retail dispensary. Our Seekonk retail location opened in December 2021 and our Dartmouth, MA location is set to open beginning of 2023.

The Position

We are looking for professional, hardworking, enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team. Budtenders will provide guidance and educate each patient with cannabis needs. The right candidate will be compassionate, enjoy helping others and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide each patient/customer with best-in-class customer service
• Ensure that all forms and other paperwork are properly completed
• Comply with all state regulations and company standard practices and procedures
• Educate patient/customers on all varieties of cannabis and cannabis-infused products in the store
• Accurately processes and dispenses cannabis to customers/patients
• Stock/restock product
• Count inventory of available product at designated times
• Maintain cleanliness of display cases and store
• Operate POS system and efficiently and accurately process payments
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Retail experience preferred
• Great interpersonal/communication skills
• Must be Detail-oriented
• Have genuine and positive energy
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Possess excellent listening skills
• Cannabis knowledge preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time.
