ABOUT THIS POSITION
This role is responsible for helping to set the tone for our guests’ day, and we take this seriously! We want to be instrumental in making sure our guests have a high-quality breakfast experience through maintaining the food and beverage areas, including replenishment, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

  • Clear tables during the breakfast period and keep the surrounding areas clean
  • Adhere to and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance to policies
  • Ensure tables, chairs, dishes, and utensils maintain good condition and report any defects for repair or replacement
  • Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide suggestions to Department Manager and/or General Manager as it relates to providing a great experience for hotel guests
  • Other duties, as assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a customer-focused industry, or a combination of both
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, including a positive attitude, organization, attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, and excellent grooming standards
  • Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service, and providing quick solutions for guest needs
  • Must be a team player and able to work independently with an emphasis on commitment to working together to ensure a positive guest experience, which requires attention to helping another teammate in a different department at times
  • Must have early morning availability
  • Must be able to provide valid proof of Covid Vaccination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
