Our vertically integrated facility in Somerset, MA houses our cultivation operation, product manufacturing, and recreational retail dispensary. Our Seekonk retail location opened in December 2021. Our Dartmouth, MA and Warwick, RI locations are expected to open early 2023.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating cross-departmentally as needed to ensure the success of the event and the furthering of the Solar brand’s ethos
• Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise at any in-house or Solar sponsored and hosted events
• Scheduling and attending wholesale partner pop-ups
• Attending major industry events to further Solar’s brand and sustainability initiatives
• Working in tandem with Marketing to ensure materials are prepared accordingly for various pop-ups and events
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure marketing initiatives and brand related initiatives are in sync.
• Provide a personal, educational, and intimate experience when interacting with and learning about Solar’s products and brand.
• Be available as an entry/access point for all potential partnerships with the business
• Working to hand potential relationships off to the most relevant contacts

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, customer service, or sales
• Experience within the cannabis industry is preferred
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to think analytically and critically
• Must be comfortable with significant amounts of travel
• Familiarity with social media usage
• Must know basics of standard office software such as Google and Microsoft suites

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
• This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time.
