- Job Position: Brand Builder - San Diego - Farmers Markets
- This position pays between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
- Work Environment: This role is primarily outdoors.

Boochcraft is seeking an organized, energetic and passionate Farmers Market Associate to join our experiential marketing team.

What you'll be doing:
- Set up & tear down of our Solana Beach Farmers Market each week
- Sales and sampling at the market
- Engage with customers and educating on the Boochcraft product and what makes us Good Different, including distribution of provided marketing collateral.
- Executing post-market recaps including total sales and customer feedback.
- Managing cash box and properly maintaining equipment and merchandise.
- Developing close relationships with our customers to better understand if our execution is creating the outcomes we intend (both in terms of ROI and brand sentiment)
- Participate and support adhoc event request, when applicable
You might be a good fit if you have:
- Retail experience (1+ years), including managing customer transactions and delivering exceptional customer service
- Available on Sundays from 10:30am-5:00pm
- Ability to maneuver, lift and set up farmers market activation booth. Includes a collapsible table, pop up tent, product & coolers, and other small items
- Experience managing cash, with a strong attention to detail.
- Punctual and highly energized
- A creative mind who likes bringing new ideas to the table.
- A love of bringing people together. Working with people outside of your team and outside of the company excites you. You like collaborating with new people and building things together
- An understanding of sales data and ability to report up to your supervisor.
- A working vehicle or reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to perform physical activities which include but are not limited to lifting, bending over, kneeling, twisting, stooping, crouching, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs (kegs and cases of booch are heavy, you know?).
- Candidates may be required to stand/sit for various hours at a time, including prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel to and from Farmers Market required for this role.
