Our client, a leading marketing agency, is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join their team as Brand Associate. As a Brand Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our client's products and services to customers at various retail partner locations. This role you will learn about marketing, sales, and business development. While also being focused on customer engagement, acquisition, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Promote our client's products and services to customers in retail partner locations
- Demonstrate the benefits and features of our client's products and services to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partner staff and management
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide product information to customers
- Educate customers on our client's products and services and assist with product selection
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple retail partner locations
