The Paisley Rooster Boutique is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Collierville and Arlington store locations. Part-time and possible full time positions available.
The ideal candidate will:
. be motivated to provide a great boutique experience to customers
. be sales oriented.
. be outgoing and able to have conversations with customers
. demonstrate the ability to work well alone or with others
. balance the customer experience with completing necessary operational duties.
. excel in communicating with customers, management, and co-workers
. be dependable, reliable and flexible
Requirements:
Must be 17 years of age or older.
Some computer and/or register skills
Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bending and stooping.
Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
selling and stocking merchandise, interacting with customers, maintaining store appearance, opening and closing duties, cleaning and other store maintenance, restocking, and visual merchandising.
