We're looking for an organized Bookkeeper with financial experience who is able to follow through and complete tasks accurately and efficiently utilizing Quickbooks online. The responsible individual in this role will be working closely with the office team And CFO.
We are Multi-Unit Franchisee's with an aggressive growth plan over next 3 years. So we are looking to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a confidential record of receipts and expenditures.
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets.
- Prepare employee payroll records.
- Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with the laws governing accounting practices.
- Maintain personal property tax.
- Advance knowledge in Quickbooks online.
- Knowledge in Google suits or google workplace is a plus!
